Lloyd Lester Ejaculation by Command Review

This course is a great place to start if you’ve had some education about premature ejaculation but are looking for more tricks and techniques to add to your repertoire. It begins with some great techniques for controlling the mind. Then it outlines a very powerful 3 step formula that gave me a few “AH HA” moments (which are few and far between for me lately because I already know a lot about this subject) for lasting as long as you want to during sex. Then, it gets into the real meat of the subject of premature ejaculation and offers some great content about lasting longer (and performing better) in bed.

What I liked best about this book is that it teaches a lot of tricks that you could go a lifetime without coming across. Of course, when it comes to gaming women, especially in bed, many times we have to game ourselves more than we have to actually game the girl. And it was refreshing to see Lloyd’s approach because he seems to have put a great deal of thought into the many different ways you can game yourself to last longer during sex.

What’s also great about this course is that he doesn’t miss the value in building up your self esteem while you build up your stamina. For many men, the fact that they suffer from premature ejaculation comes out in their interactions with women and makes women perceive them as less attractive because they lack a certain confidence that men who are good at sex always seem to have. It’s been my experience that women are extremely perceptive, and Lloyd Lester seems to understand this concept as well. He teaches you how to veil this underlying insecurity, and how to actually change it into unshakable confidence that rests upon your new abilities to last as long as you want to in bed.

The only thing I didn’t like about this course is that some of his techniques and “tricks” seemed a little over the top. There are many great ideas, but occasionally I found myself asking:  “C’mon, would that really work?”

Lastly, this course offers some of the best bonuses I’ve seen from a course like this. Most times bonuses will be hardly worth your time, but these really deliver.

Christian Gudnason Ejaculation Master Review

When I first bought this course I was admittedly doubtful. I have never heard of this guy before, and his sales page doesn’t have all the bells and whistles you typically see for this type of product. But once I downloaded it and got to reading, I was REALLY impressed. This is a fantastic course that gives students a great foundation for all the mental factors for premature ejaculation. That’s right, I said MENTAL.

What’s interesting about this course is that it doesn’t rely on B.S. to make a sale. It claims right up front that all the causes for premature ejaculation are emotional and that none of them are physical. This is a pretty big claim considering that most people want to also learn physical tricks for lasting longer. I don’t know about you, but if you told me that I wouldn’t be learning any, I may be inclined to look elsewhere.

But the strength of this course lies in its perceived weakness. This book goes DEEP into the emotional aspects that cause premature ejaculation, and it certainly delivers on what it promises.

It wasn’t until I read this book that many of the things I know about the mental contributors to PE were realized. It seems to me that Christian Gudnason scoured every psychology book in existence, found the causes for PE, and then somehow created all the solutions for them. Needless to say, I was really impressed with all the mental solutions Christian presents in this course.

What’s even more impressive is that this guide has been tested on a larger demographic before actually going into print. Because of this, Christian claims that it works for 97% of its users. I can see how that would be possible since it focuses on the mind which is pretty consistent from person to person. If success rates are important to you, this may be a selling point.

The only reason I didn’t give this guide 5 stars is because it’s not as thorough as some of the other courses I’ve seen in this genre, and sometimes the author’s grammar and spelling was questionable. This may be a non-issue for the average reader, but for me, mistakes like this are really distracting. As for the length of the text, it’s certainly comprehensive. But compared to some of the other courses out there (such as the ejaculation trainer) it seems like you’ll get more for your money if you invest it in other programs. Prejaculation Review

After getting past the clever name of this website, you find a product that gives a pretty good introduction on how to cure premature ejaculation. The author of this series claims that he struggled with PE for years, and then met three “sexpert’s” that bestowed upon him all the secrets to lasting longer in bed. This claim seems familiar- “I struggled with premature ejaculation then found the cure, available to you now for as little as 37 dollars!” Yup, we’ve heard it before. And though this course does offer some great information and techniques you won’t find anywhere else, it seems to be one of the many tutorials that provides recycled content sandwiched within big claims.

With that said, there are some aspects of this course that make it worth the investment. For example, this is one of the few tutorials (ejaculation trainer is another) that allow you to have access to many different materials concerning PE. This “members only” dynamic makes you feel more supported in your education than a “download once” type of program. You can come back to the website as many times as you want and get the information at your own pace.

It also teaches some amazingly effective techniques that I’ve never heard before. The “Advanced Multi-Edge Sliding” methods for example allow you to ejaculate exactly when you want to. I used this method myself and I was very impressed. For me, this method alone justified purchasing the entire course.

It also gives a great introduction to the underlying issues that cause premature ejaculation as well as some of the most well known techniques for curing it. There isn’t too much time lost on useless filler and redundant tangents (which other courses heavily rely upon to boost up their content), and everything is presented in a very logical way which makes learning fast and easy.

Overall, I’d say this course is pretty rudimentary. If you’ve already been researching into ways to cure your premature ejaculation you could probably skip this tutorial without missing much. It seems to me that the author just scraped the internet and slapped together everything he found. Aside from a few techniques here and there, this guide is pretty much a revamp of systems we’ve all seen before. How to Prolong Ejaculation with PM Strengthening

This is true, but what many doctors and therapists fail to realize is that there are important physical components that can play a part as well. In this article we’ll discuss one of the main contributors to premature ejaculation, and how we can train our bodies to prolong ejaculation and cure PE.

The Perineal muscle, (or PM as we’ll refer to it for the rest of this article) is the muscle that allows you to contract your anus and bladder. It’s the muscle that moves around your penis when you flex it, and it’s directly responsible for ejaculation.

Most men don’t pay attention to the PM, but it’s constantly tightening and loosing during sex. You’ll notice when you tighten it, it increases the sensitivity of your penis and it inches you closer to ejaculation. The key therefore is to get in touch with your PM and keep it relaxed as much as possible during sexual intercourse. The operative word here is RELAXED. If you can gain control over your PM and prevent it from flexing during penetration, you can prolong ejaculation for literally as long as you want to.

The best way to gain control over your PM is to actually strengthen it. Much like a bicep, once it’s developed you can better control it and keep it relaxed on command. Here is a great exercise to strengthen your PM and prolong ejaculation:

1) Flex your PM as tightly as it will comfortably allow and hold it for two to three seconds.

2) Then slowly release it and relax it for an additional two to three seconds.

It’s a simple exercise that will do wonders for your sexual prowess. You’ll want to do 10-20 reps per set, and do one to two sets per session depending on your preference. Just as you would work your muscles in a gym, you want to follow a strict workout regiment and STICK WITH IT!
